The FA-04 is a Leofoto accessory with a Cold Shoe mount on two sides and a 16mm round attachment point. This makes it possible to place two accessories on the adapter at the same time. The FA-04 is often used in conjunction with the Leofoto PC-90II phone holder, which you can attach in the 16mm mounting point

You can also place the FA-04 on a variety of other accessories with an attachment point up to 16mm in diameter, or with a hot shoe. The FA-04 two-sided Cold Shoe measures 28x28x23mm, weighs 34grams and is milled from lightweight CNC aircraft aluminum.
